A picturesque market town which used to be a great centre for nailmaking. Close to the M5 and M42 motorways. On the Worcester and Birmingham Canal. The poet Houseman went to school here. Outside town is the Avoncroft Museum of Building. Graveyard tombs tell story of a dramatic local railway crash.
