We are based in Gateshead and we can arrange to collect your parcel from any location within the North East. All of our vans are fitted with both GPS Sat. Nav. and Mobile Internet equipment. From the time of collection we will offer you a free service to track your item via our web site. If there are any unavoidable delay we’ll contact you and provide you with an amended ETA. We will email Your Proof of Delivery to you as soon as your item is delivered we will also send you a copy through 1st Class Post.
All of our quotes are arranged from Postcode to Postcode using a mileage calculator supplied by map point, we will not necessarily use the shortest route but we will always use the quickest route. Your payment will charged on the loaded mileage only and round trips will receive a discount, Any congestion charges, tolls or ferries will be charged at cost of the rate at the time of your delivery. Contract and Regular clients are permitted up to 28 days to pay, either by BACS or cheque. Any ADHOC work is generally payable on collection of the goods by either cash or cheque.
We GUARANTEE that we will deliver your parcel in the absolute quickest possible between a to b. We only work for any one client at a time, so we can offer you the quickest possible transport time between your destinations, dependant on the time of day, weather conditions and traffic.
The email pen and P.O.D.S: We use Mobile P.D.A. computers for this, our clients will sign for the item on our P.D.A and we’lll send it to an email address of your choosing instantly, this is a unique service that we offer, we don’t know of any other company that can offer you this service!
You will not Just receive the signature but also all of the details you could need: time, location it was signed for and printed name.
It also ensures the doctoring of documents is impossible.
