Oxford Rainbow Counselling & Psychotherapy provides an affordable Counselling Oxfordshire service. We aim to integrate psychotherapy and counselling in order to promote an accessible and practical therapy across the wide range of issues that impede on our life and happiness. We work to improve self awareness, and to lessen the negative effects of anxiety, depression and stress.

Oxford Rainbow Counselling and Psychotherapy have been established since 2005. Our experience covers a spectrum of issues such as depression, bereavement, phobias, abuse, anxiety, stress, addiction, relationships and trauma.

If you are considering counselling we understand that it can feel like a big step and one that is difficult to start. We offer help and support to explain to all our potential clients exactly how we work with you and understand what you want to achieve. Counselling Oxfordshire can work for everyone, sessions are client led and offer you a space in which to reflect and relax on how you can move forward. A session is 55 minutes and the standard rate is £30, however, we also provide limited spaces at discretionary rates. Please send an email or telephone to find out more about our pricing structure.

Our Oxfordshire Counselling service at Oxford Rainbow Counselling & Psychotherapy is based in Kidlington just North of Oxford, although we can sometimes see clients more centrally to Oxford. For an initial consultation, please contact us to discuss this further.

Our Counselling Oxfordshire service is close to a number of main bus routes and we also have parking available.
