  3. Obtain title deeds.
  4. Check for any planning permissions, guarantees, letters, warrants etc.
  5. Negotiate and handle the sales process with regular communication.
  6. Carry out searches.
  7. Conclude the sale, repay outstanding loan and sort out the keys.

Buying Property

  1. Find a property and contact your solicitor.
  2. Note interest and arrange details for closing the date of sale.
  3. Submit the offer.
  4. Offer accepted by the seller.
  5. Check deeds, examine searches, talk to your lender and make sure everything is progressing smoothly.
  6. Transfer keys and deeds and register property.
