We are a small, family run business with over 30 years experience specialising in improving your family home. We cover contracts up to £250,000. Our Proprietor David Afflick has achieved the level of success enjoyed by the business by always being completely customer focused.
To give our customers peace of mind we have committed a lot of time, money and energy to becoming FMB, EBC and CITB registered. Recommendations and testimonials are available on request. To encourage people to use our company we also provide free estimates or written quotations with no obligation.
Recently completed projects have included extensions, house modernisations and loft conversions. We have finished paving and patios and these include our own specialist designs including monoliths and water features.
Our highly trained and qualified team are happy with all aspects of building work including completing electrical work, we have NAPPIT and NICCI registered fitters. Our plumbing work uses CORGI registered fitters. We fit upvc windows and doors, and all our fitters for double glazing are FENSA registered.
We offer the full Builder York service from plans through to completion for people living in York and surrounding areas up to 20 miles around.
