TW Builders is a well established business with ever expanding projects around Bournemouth and Poole. We are your Builder Wimborne.

Conversions – Renovations

We have done various conversions residential and commercial but one in particular is the conversion of the old Bournemouth Registry Office, this was converted into a nightclub now known as Wiggle.

Extensions – Alterations

We have in the past carried out works for private clients to include extensions and alteration to existing homes.

New builds

We carry out various new builds for different clients around Bournemouth and Poole. The majority of work is for Dave Wells Properties, Bournemouth and Poole Estates and Ravine Lifestyle.

Project Management

For private individuals and Landlords requiring a high quality, cost effective property management service we undertake to manage and maintain your property or investor portfolio to all agreed criteria and standards. Attention to detail and reliability are our primary concern.

Refurbishment – Maintenance

We have recently taken on maintenance works for Future 3000 plc, Bournemouth’s largest bar operator. Also, a complete refurbishment of a club formally known as Censo, now known as Crank.

Residential & Commercial

We do works in both the residential and commercial sector. Projects vary from bungalows and houses to larger housing developments, luxury apartments and nightclubs.
