Poe Projects has been established for over 20 years. We specialise in arranging refurbishments and all sorts of building works. Recently completed services also include insurance claims, bathrooms, decorating, exterior/interior work, lofts, joinery/carpentry, roofing, tiling, basements, wiring, kitchens, flooring, extensions, maintenance project management, plastering and plumbing. Our aim is to provide an efficient service in this notoriously difficult business.

As we use several teams of builders/tradesmen often we can act quickly, however we do not operate an emergency call out service. Though for small jobs often a same day service can be done.

We handle residential work and commercial work, ranging from offices, to restaurants. We run maintenance contracts with some of our clients. We deal with small maintenance works as well a many much larger projects.

We not only arrange for the work to be done but also advise on design of layouts of rooms, fittings, colour schemes, bathrooms, kitchens. We are often involved with planning, interior design, engineering and work with these professionals when they are needed.

With the services we offer we often act as co-coordinators and project managers.

Normally we will come to your home to discuss, and if asked give advice, and to provide a detailed estimate for which we don't charge, so long as you are the owner or the tenant.
