Poe Projects are specialist builder chelsea and have been established for more than 20 years. We offer a comprehensive service ranging from complete refurbishments to general building works. Our services also include project management, decorating, interior/exterior work, carpentry/joinery, roofing, tiling, flooring, plastering, wiring, plumbing, bathrooms, kitchens, extensions, basements, lofts, maintenance and insurance claims. We aim to provide all of our clients with an efficient service in this sometimes difficult business.
We often act as project managers and co-ordinators.
We will not only arrange for your work to be done but we can also advise you on room layouts and design, kitchens, bathrooms, colour schemes and fittings. We are quite often involved with engineering, interior design and planning and we will work together with these other professionals when needed.
We deal with many large projects as well as small maintenance works.
We handle both commercial and residential works ranging from restaurants to offices. We also run maintenance contracts with several clients.
We have several teams of tradesmen and builders, which means you won't be kept waiting for long periods of time before your work starts. Unfortunately we don't offer an emergency call out service but for small jobs we can generally offer a same day service.
We would be happy to come to your business or home to provide you with a detailed estimate for which there is no charge. We will listen to you and we can often make suggestions to get the most from your project.
We also carry out exterior works and insurance work.
We belong to several professional associations, which is another assurance to our clients that they are dealing with a professional and reliable company.
