Leigh Hetherington Bridal Wear is located in the heart of Newcastle upon Tyne. The Bridal Shop Newcastle upon Tyne boutique is situated within a Georgian style building. With its high ceilings, chandaliers and its light and airy atmosphere not forgetting its friendly and helpful assistants this boutique is a must for any bride to visit.
The Leigh Hetherington collection is recognised nationally. Each dress is individually cut and fit to the highest standard using the finest silks and laces. Beadwork is placed by hand ensuring that each dress is unique. The collection is based on 1950s silhouettes and 1930s glamour. The collection is designed and made in the UK. We also offer a complete bespoke service for a bride that may be looking for something unique to herself that will reflect her personality. Leigh is available to discuss ideas on an appointment only basis.
We also offer a bespoke service to mothers of the bride and groom. There are samples to be seen within the boutique.
The La Sposa collection is also available to view at our boutique. This is a Spanish collection of beautifully cut dresses in satins, laces and silks with draping and beadwork adorning many of the designs.
To compliment our dresses we offer a collection of bridesmaid dresses, shoes by Filippa Scott, Veils, beautiful hand made accessories including tiaras, crowns, hair combs, brooches and hairpins.
We are open from Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm. We do offer late appointments on a Thursday by appointment only.
